Licensed Customs Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Import Customs Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customs broker to resolve inquiries and provide necessary information for port arrivals
• Classify imported products and perform monthly audits of U.S. Customs Entries
• Prepare Post Summary Corrections and assist with departmental needs related to import compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customs classification using the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Licensed U.S. Customs Broker preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with transportation and compliance systems
