Licensed Customs Compliance Specialist
Job Summary
To support customs operations, the full-time Licensed Customs Compliance Specialist will manage import and export documentation, monitor shipment exceptions, and ensure compliance with customs regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Record and monitor daily shipment information and exceptions for US imports
- Update and maintain ISF filing information and brokerage billing using various portals
- Coordinate export information between internal teams and external brokers for accurate shipping updates
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customs Compliance and understanding of customs import entries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office software
- Demonstrated accuracy in high-volume data entry and strong organizational skills
- Desire to grow into broader trade compliance responsibilities
