Job Summary
Managing daily operational tasks for customs clearance, the full-time Licensed Customs Compliance Specialist will handle drawback entry filing, data management, and regulatory compliance for cross-border shipments in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and file duty drawback entries with CBP, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with regulations
- Collect, reconcile, and maintain datasets to support drawback claims, identifying and resolving data discrepancies
- Support audit readiness by maintaining organized filing records and documentation
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data administration
- Basic knowledge of Excel, including navigation and mathematical functions
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required
- Experience in accurate data entry and analysis
