Job Summary
Managing daily operations for customs clearance, the full-time Licensed Customs Compliance Specialist will prepare and file duty drawback entries, validate import/export data, and support audit readiness while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and file duty drawback entries with CBP, ensuring timely submissions
- Collect and maintain import/export datasets to support drawback claims and resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain organized filing records and documentation to support audit readiness
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or data administration
- Basic knowledge of Excel, including math and logical functions
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, with potential overtime
- Experience in accurate data entry and analysis
