Job Summary
Managing daily operations for customs clearance, the full-time Licensed Customs Compliance Specialist will handle drawback entry filing, data management, and regulatory compliance for cross-border shipments in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and file duty drawback entries with CBP, ensuring timely submissions within statutory deadlines
- Collect and maintain import/export datasets to support drawback claims, identifying and resolving data discrepancies
- Support audit readiness by organizing filing records and documentation for compliance purposes
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or data entry/data administration
- Basic knowledge of Excel, including navigation and functions
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work 40 hours/week with potential overtime
- Experience in accurate data entry and analysis
