Licensed Data Center Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center Design Execution Project Manager, East Coast Preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design process from planning to construction drawing issuance
• Coordinate design activities with procurement and construction teams
• Track project deliverables, costs, schedules, and scope, providing dashboard reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience and education
• Prior experience with data center design and/or construction preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of design project management experience required
• Professional licensure (PE, NCARB, RA, or equivalent) preferred
• General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices
