Licensed Design Manager

Job Summary

Leading the design project delivery for industrial water and wastewater clients, the full-time Licensed Design Manager will manage project execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality design outputs in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and manage the overall execution of assigned design projects
• Coordinate design teams and assist Project Managers in developing design scope, schedule, and budget
• Oversee design quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) management to meet project demands

Required qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer required
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture or related professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in design management
• Hands-on understanding of multidisciplinary design in the water and wastewater sector
• Experience in detailed engineering design for water and wastewater treatment processes
