Job Summary

A company is looking for a Desktop Investigator to conduct insurance and fraud investigations remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review case documentation and plan investigative strategies
• Conduct research using various databases and make outbound calls to gather information
• Write detailed reports and maintain organized case records

Required Qualifications

• Hold or qualify for a valid Private Investigator's License
• Earned an associate's degree or higher (preferred)
• Understanding of basic medical terminology or exposure to the healthcare industry (preferred)
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume investigative environment (preferred)
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex information accurately
