Job Summary

A company is looking for a Desktop Investigator to conduct insurance and fraud investigations from a remote location.

Key Responsibilities

• Review case documentation and plan investigative strategies
• Conduct research using various databases and make outbound calls to gather information
• Write detailed reports and maintain organized records within the case management system

Required Qualifications

• Hold or qualify for a valid Private Investigator's License as required by state
• Earned an associate's degree or higher (preferred)
• Understand basic medical terminology or have exposure to the healthcare industry (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex information accurately
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume investigative environment (preferred)
