Licensed Digital CBT Coach

Job Summary

Supporting members through high-fidelity Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, the full-time Licensed Digital CBT Coach will provide encouragement, motivation, and assistance with habit change in a remote environment while managing documentation and collaborating with the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to all aspects of member coaching, including intake, scheduling, and delivery of coaching services via various communication channels
• Conduct ongoing assessments of member safety and manage safety issues as needed
• Document all interactions with members and collaborate with the clinical team to refine coaching processes

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree or higher in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling
• Active clinical licensure in the residing state (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or equivalent)
• Completion of a clinical practicum or internship
• Understanding of basic and advanced principles of CBT
• Ability to create a meaningful working alliance with members and communicate effectively across various channels
