Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Health Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver telehealth visits, including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development
Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services and support digital services documentation
Develop regional strategies for growth and implementation of digital services

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist License
Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience
Bilingual - Fluent in English/Spanish preferred
Experience providing Digital Health Services preferred
Willingness to obtain PT licensure in other states
