Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Health Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth visits including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development
• Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services and support operations for digital services
• Develop regional strategy for growth and implementation of digital health services

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist License
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience
• Bilingual - Fluent in English/Spanish
• Experience providing Digital Health Services preferred
• Willingness to obtain PT licensure in other states
