Licensed Discovery Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Discovery Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Review requests for production and identify relevant data for case document review
• Review and categorize documents to identify key evidence for legal proceedings
• Conduct factual and legal research and create logs of documents for attorney review

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Three to five years of document review experience preferred
• Current member of a U.S. state Bar in good standing
• Significant experience using document review platforms like Relativity
• Familiarity with the full lifecycle of discovery and electronic data processing
