Licensed Discovery Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Discovery Litigation Counsel to support complex litigation and government investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage discovery for a wide range of litigation matters, including class actions and product liability cases
• Conduct factual investigations and oversee collaboration with outside counsel on discovery strategy
• Develop and manage the company's e-discovery strategy and advise on litigation risks and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience, particularly in discovery responsibilities
• Juris Doctor (JD) required and must be a licensed attorney in at least one U.S. state
• Strong understanding of discovery and e-discovery processes
• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or consumer products industries is a plus
• Proficiency with e-discovery tools, particularly Relativity
