Licensed DMR Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deferred Maintenance & Repair (DMR) Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for federal planning, design, and execution of deferred maintenance projects
• Analyze BUILDER SMS data and develop scopes of work, estimates, and schedules for projects
• Manage federal DMR programs, including policy updates and facility condition assessments

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering project development or facilities management
• At least 1 year of experience supporting federal projects/programs related to facility planning and design
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Skilled in developing project packages including scopes of work and cost estimates
