Licensed E-Discovery Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an E-Discovery Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire digital evidence lifecycle, including identification, collection, preservation, and production of electronically stored information
• Interview data custodians to identify search terms for data selection
• Provide guidance on risk management protocols in the context of nationwide class action litigation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an eDiscovery attorney
• Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms, particularly Relativity
• Licensed to practice in at least one jurisdiction
• Experience with class action litigation related to cyber-attacks and data breaches
• Ability to work in a temporary, part-time, fully remote capacity
