Job Summary
Supporting employee mental health in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Licensed EAP Care Advocate will provide telephonic and digital support, conduct clinical assessments, and develop individualized care plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide guidance, support, and referrals to covered employees and dependents
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Facilitate referrals and assist participants in securing appointments for EAP counseling
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling)
- Relevant post-graduate clinical experience
- Clinical licensure
- Familiarity with technology for remote work (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment
