Licensed EAP Care Advocate

Job Summary

To support employee mental health initiatives, the full-time salaried Licensed EAP Care Advocate will provide telephonic and digital support, conduct clinical assessments, and develop individualized care plans for program participants in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance, support, consultation, and referrals to covered employees and dependents
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Facilitate referrals and assist participants with securing appointments for short-term EAP counseling

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
• Relevant post-graduate clinical experience
• Clinical licensure
• Familiarity with technology for remote work (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, web-based software)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment
