Job Summary
Providing personalized guidance and advocacy, the full-time Licensed EAP Care Advocate will deliver telephonic and digital support to program participants throughout their mental health care journey in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans for participants
- Facilitate referrals and assist participants in securing appointments for short-term EAP counseling
- Perform active case management, including treatment plan reviews and timely follow-ups with participants
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
- Relevant post-graduate clinical experience and clinical licensure
- Familiarity with technology for remote work, including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software
- Strong reasoning ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment
