Licensed EAP Care Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Care Manager 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and/or live chat support, conducting needs assessments and screenings
• Deliver brief clinical interventions and crisis stabilization, including safety planning
• Document interactions accurately and participate in supervision and team meetings

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Two years of clinical experience, preferably in EAP or crisis intervention
• Active professional licensure in good standing (e.g., LCSW, LPC)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment using digital platforms
• Strong cultural competence and organizational skills for clinical documentation
