Job Summary
A company is looking for an EAP Care Manager 2 to provide guidance and support for Employee Assistance Program services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calls and secure chat contacts, identifying member needs and verifying demographics
- Conduct risk screenings, intake assessments, and facilitate referrals to appropriate services
- Document all interactions clearly and manage time effectively to meet quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in a behavioral health discipline such as counseling or social work
- Proficiency in using electronic database and records systems, as well as call management systems
- Minimum one year of experience in a behavioral health setting
- Experience with intake screening, referrals, or case management is desirable
