Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Care Manager 2 to provide guidance and support for Employee Assistance Program services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calls and secure chat contacts, identifying member needs and verifying demographics
  • Conduct risk screenings, intake assessments, and facilitate referrals to appropriate services
  • Document all interactions clearly and manage time effectively to meet quality standards
Required Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in a behavioral health discipline such as counseling or social work
  • Proficiency in using electronic database and records systems, as well as call management systems
  • Minimum one year of experience in a behavioral health setting
  • Experience with intake screening, referrals, or case management is desirable
