Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and live chat support for EAP members, including needs assessment and crisis intervention
• Conduct risk assessments and deliver brief, solution-focused interventions for various mental health concerns
• Document interactions accurately and collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality member care

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Two years of clinical experience, preferably in EAP or crisis intervention settings
• Active professional licensure in good standing (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment using digital platforms
• Strong cultural competence and organizational skills for timely clinical documentation
