Licensed EAP Care Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Care Manager 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and live chat support, including needs assessment and crisis intervention
• Conduct risk assessments and connect members to appropriate EAP services and resources
• Document interactions and participate in supervision and team meetings to ensure high-quality care

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Two years of clinical experience, preferably in EAP or crisis intervention settings
• Active professional licensure in good standing (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment using digital platforms
• Strong cultural competence and organizational skills for timely documentation
