Job Summary
Providing telephonic and live chat support, the full-time Licensed EAP Care Manager will deliver clinical assessments, crisis interventions, and solution-focused support to members accessing the Employee Assistance Program while working remotely Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 8 pm ET.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic and live chat assessments, providing brief, solution-focused interventions for various mental health concerns
- Perform risk assessments and crisis interventions, including safety planning and connecting members to urgent resources
- Document all interactions accurately and participate in supervision and team meetings to ensure high-quality member care
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Two years of clinical experience, preferably in EAP or crisis intervention settings
- Active professional licensure in good standing (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, queue-based environment using digital platforms
- Strong cultural competence and organizational skills for timely clinical documentation
