Licensed EAP Clinical Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Clinical Counselor to provide telephone-based assessment and counseling services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts risk, substance abuse, and mental health assessments to create immediate action plans
• Collaborates with members and professionals to recommend appropriate levels of care and resources
• Maintains confidentiality and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Master's Degree in a behavioral health counseling profession
• 1+ years of experience in EAP, Behavioral Health, or Social Services preferred
• Experience with crisis intervention and diverse populations
• Familiarity with brief therapy models and Motivational Interviewing preferred
