Licensed EAP Clinical Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Clinical Counselor to provide remote mental health support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide single session telephonic and video counseling, crisis management, and maintain client confidentiality
• Assess clients for appropriateness of short-term counseling and manage high-risk calls
• Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation in the case management system

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Minimum of 2 years of direct client-contact experience in counseling or mental health services
• Experience with clinical assessments and short-term counseling modalities
• Training in crisis intervention and experience with high-risk clients is beneficial
• Ability to work with clients facing substance abuse and mental health issues
