Job Summary

Providing telephone-based assessment and counseling services, the full-time Licensed EAP Clinical Counselor will work remotely to deliver mental health and substance abuse assessments, develop action plans, and collaborate with a team to ensure continuity of care for members.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct telephone-based assessments, triage, and counseling in a call center environment
  • Develop immediate action and safety plans based on mental health and substance abuse assessments
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to support positive clinical outcomes and maintain confidentiality of member information
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of crisis intervention experience
  • Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.) in the state of residence
  • Experience in facilitating positive behavior change in clients
  • Availability for 24x7x365 call center coverage, including holidays
  • Experience handling mental health and psychiatric care situations preferred
