Job Summary

Providing telephone-based assessment and counseling services, the full-time Licensed EAP Clinical Counselor will work remotely to deliver mental health and substance abuse assessments, develop safety plans, and collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure optimal care for members.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conducts telephone-based assessments, triage, and counseling in a call center environment using advanced clinical tools
  • Develops immediate action and safety plans based on risk assessments for mental health and substance abuse
  • Maintains accurate documentation and adheres to confidentiality policies while collaborating with team members for continuity of care
Required qualifications:
  • 1+ years of crisis intervention experience
  • Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
  • Experience in facilitating positive behavior change in clients
  • Ability to handle mental health and psychiatric care situations
  • Master's Degree in a behavioral health counseling profession
