Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinician, EAP to provide telephonic clinical assessment and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and provide brief intervention and crisis support
• Coordinate referrals to internal and external resources and ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted license as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Counselor, or Clinical Psychologist
• 3+ years of post-licensure experience in direct clinical care
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Strong computer skills and ability to communicate effectively via phone
