Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Consultant (Remote U.S.) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and urgent clinical risk assessments, providing consultations and referrals
• Offer management consultation services and develop action plans for workplace issues
• Support internal and external customers to achieve the EAP department's goals

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in the mental health field focusing on assessment
• 1+ years of knowledge of confidentiality laws and exceptions
• 1+ years of clinical experience in risk assessment and action plan development
• 1+ years of knowledge of chemical dependency and treatment modalities
