Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed EAP Consultant to provide onsite services and support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to HR and leadership in crisis management and complex cases
• Conduct solution-focused consultations and assess employee needs for appropriate services
• Provide crisis intervention, training, and manager consultation on workplace issues

Required Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in a recognized behavioral health discipline
• Current, unrestricted license at the independent practice level
• 3+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting
• Ability to accommodate travel for crisis response as needed
