Licensed EAP Counsellor

Job Summary

As an Affiliate EAP Counsellor, this remote position will provide high-quality mental health support to corporate employees through various modalities, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to clinical protocols within a structured framework.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver multi-modal therapy, including in-person, virtual, and telephonic sessions, focused on workplace wellness
• Maintain compliance with a 24-hour documentation policy and uphold global quality standards for clinical notes
• Ensure proper case authorization and follow established protocols for handling high-risk situations

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD
• A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India
• Minimum of two years of post-qualification clinical experience after obtaining the Master's degree
• Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
