Job Summary

As an Affiliate EAP Counsellor in India, the part-time role will provide high-quality mental health support to corporate employees through multi-modal therapy, ensuring compliance with documentation and case management protocols while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality counselling through in-person, virtual, and telephonic modalities, applying evidence-based practices
• Maintain strict adherence to a 24-hour documentation compliance policy and uphold quality standards for clinical notes
• Ensure all client interactions are verified and follow established protocols for handling high-risk cases

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD
• A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India
• Minimum of two years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of the Master's degree
• Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
