Job Summary

Providing high-quality mental health support, the Affiliate EAP Counsellor in India will operate remotely as an affiliate partner, delivering multi-modal therapy, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, and adhering to case authorization protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality counselling through Face-to-Face, Virtual, and Telephonic modalities, focusing on solution-oriented interventions
• Maintain rigorous documentation within a 24-hour compliance mandate and uphold global quality standards
• Verify client interactions through official systems and identify high-risk cases, following established emergency handling protocols

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD
• A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India
• Minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification clinical experience
• Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
