Job Summary

As an Affiliate EAP Counsellor in India, this remote position will deliver high-quality mental health support through various modalities, ensuring compliance with documentation standards and clinical protocols while providing solution-focused therapy to corporate employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality counselling through Face-to-Face, Virtual, and Telephonic modalities, applying evidence-based practices
• Adhere to a strict 24-hour documentation policy, maintaining clinical notes that meet global quality standards
• Ensure all client interactions are verified and follow established protocols for high-risk cases and emergencies

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD
• A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India
• A minimum of two years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of the Master's degree
• Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred
• Proficient understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
