Job Summary

Providing high-quality mental health support remotely, the Affiliate EAP Counsellor in India will deliver multi-modal therapy, ensure compliance with documentation standards, and adhere to case authorization protocols while maintaining a focus on workplace wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality counselling through in-person, virtual, and telephonic modalities with a focus on solution-oriented interventions
• Ensure timely documentation of case notes within a strict 24-hour compliance policy to facilitate accurate case management
• Verify client interactions through formal notice systems and identify high-risk cases while adhering to emergency handling protocols

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD
• A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India
• A minimum of two years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of the Master's degree
• Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
