Job Summary

Providing high-quality mental health support, the Affiliate EAP Counsellor in India will deliver multi-modal therapy to corporate employees, ensuring compliance with documentation standards while working remotely as an affiliate network partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality counselling through in-person, virtual, and telephonic modalities, applying evidence-based practices
• Maintain rigorous documentation within a 24-hour compliance mandate to ensure accurate case management
• Verify all client interactions through the official notice system and identify high-risk cases while adhering to established protocols

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD
• Valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India
• Minimum of two years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of the Master's degree
• Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred
• Proficient understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
