Job Summary

Providing high-quality mental health support, the part-time Affiliate EAP Counsellor in India will deliver multi-modal therapy, ensure compliance with documentation standards, and adhere to case authorization protocols while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality counselling through in-person, virtual, and telephonic modalities, focusing on solution-based interventions
• Maintain strict adherence to a 24-hour documentation compliance policy and uphold global quality standards in clinical notes
• Verify client interactions through official systems and identify high-risk cases, following established emergency handling protocols

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD
• A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India
• Minimum of two years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of a Master's degree
• Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred
• Proficient understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
