Job Summary

Providing high-quality mental health support to corporate employees, the part-time Affiliate EAP Counsellor in India will deliver multi-modal therapy, ensure compliance with documentation standards, and adhere to case authorization protocols while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality counselling through in-person, virtual, and telephonic modalities, focusing on solution-oriented interventions
• Maintain strict 24-hour documentation compliance and uphold global quality standards for clinical notes
• Verify client interactions through official channels and identify high-risk cases, following established emergency handling protocols

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD
• A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India
• Minimum of two years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of the Master's degree
• Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
