Job Summary

As an Affiliate EAP Counsellor in India, the role focuses on delivering high-quality mental health support to corporate employees through various modalities, operating as an affiliate on a flexible basis while ensuring compliance with documentation and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-modal therapy including in-person, virtual, and telephonic sessions, utilizing solution-focused interventions
• Maintain strict documentation compliance within a 24-hour timeframe and uphold global quality standards for clinical notes
• Verify all client interactions through the official notice system and adhere to established protocols for high-risk cases

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD
• A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India
• A minimum of two years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of the Master's degree
• Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
