Licensed EAP Counsellor (India)

Job Summary

As an Affiliate EAP Counsellor (India), the remote position will provide high-quality mental health support to corporate employees through multi-modal therapy, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to clinical protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality counselling via in-person, virtual, and telephonic modalities, focusing on solution-oriented interventions
• Maintain strict compliance with a 24-hour documentation policy and uphold global quality standards for clinical notes
• Ensure all client interactions are verified and adhere to established protocols for handling high-risk cases and emergencies

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD
• A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India
• Minimum of two years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of the Master's degree
• Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred
• Proficient understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
