Job Summary

As an Affiliate EAP Counsellor (India), the role offers a flexible, remote engagement where the professional will deliver high-quality mental health support through various modalities, ensuring compliance with documentation and clinical standards while addressing workplace wellness needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality counselling via in-person, virtual, and telephonic modalities, applying solution-focused interventions
• Ensure compliance with a 24-hour documentation policy, maintaining rigorous clinical notes that meet global quality standards
• Verify client interactions through the official notice system and identify high-risk cases while adhering to emergency handling protocols

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD
• Valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India
• A minimum of two years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of the Master's degree
• Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred
• Proficient understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
