Licensed EAP Counsellor (Portugal)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Counsellor (Dutch Speaking).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide single session telephonic and video counselling, crisis management, and in-the-moment support while maintaining client confidentiality
• Assess clients for appropriateness of short-term counselling and manage high-risk calls
• Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation in the case management system

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, counselling, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in Clinical Psychology
• Membership in the Portuguese Board of Psychologists
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Experience in solution-focused counselling
