Licensed EAP Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Counsellor to provide emotional support and counseling services remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide single session telephonic and video counseling, including crisis management while maintaining client confidentiality
• Assess clients for appropriateness of short-term counseling and manage high-risk calls
• Collaboratively develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation in the case management system

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Counselor or Psychologist with a Master's degree
• Minimum 2 years of direct client-contact experience in counseling or mental health services
• Fluent in Mandarin
• Experience with clinical assessments and assessment tools
• Training in mindfulness or solution-focused counseling is an asset
