Job Summary
Providing remote support, the full-time Licensed EAP Counselor will engage with clients through telephonic and video counseling, delivering in-the-moment support and crisis management while maintaining client confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Provide single session telephonic and video counseling, ensuring ethical and professional support
- Assess clients for appropriateness for short-term counseling and manage high-risk calls
- Collaboratively develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation in the case management system
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology
- Minimum 2 years of direct client-contact experience in counseling or mental health services
- Experience with clinical assessment tools and short-term counseling modalities
- Training in crisis intervention and support for high-risk clients is beneficial
- Ability to work with clients facing substance abuse, crisis situations, and mental health symptoms
