Job Summary

Providing high-quality mental health support as a part-time Licensed EAP Counselor in India, the role will focus on delivering multi-modal therapy, ensuring documentation compliance, and adhering to case authorization protocols while operating remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality counseling through in-person, virtual, and telephonic modalities
• Maintain strict 24-hour documentation compliance and uphold global quality standards for clinical notes
• Ensure all client interactions are verified and manage high-risk cases according to established protocols

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD
• A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India
• Minimum of two years of post-qualification clinical experience after obtaining the Master's degree
• Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
