Job Summary

As an Affiliate EAP Counselor in India, this remote position will provide high-quality mental health support to corporate employees through various modalities, ensuring compliance with documentation and clinical standards while delivering solution-focused therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-modal therapy, including in-person, virtual, and telephonic sessions tailored to workplace wellness
• Maintain strict 24-hour documentation compliance and uphold global quality standards for clinical notes
• Verify client interactions through official systems and identify high-risk cases, adhering to established emergency handling protocols

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD
• A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India
• Minimum of two years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of a Master's degree
• Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
