Job Summary

Providing high-quality mental health support, the part-time Licensed EAP Counselor in India will deliver multi-modal therapy, ensure compliance with documentation standards, and adhere to case authorization protocols while working remotely as an affiliate network partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality counseling through in-person, virtual, and telephonic modalities, focusing on solution-oriented interventions
• Maintain strict adherence to documentation compliance, ensuring all case notes are completed within a 24-hour timeframe
• Verify client interactions through the official notice system and identify high-risk cases while following established emergency protocols

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD
• A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India
• A minimum of two years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of the Master's degree
• Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
