Licensed EAP Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services and training for client companies, including critical incident stress management
• Conduct client intake, assess risk factors, and assist callers in crisis situations
• Collaborate with local EAP counselors to devise treatment plans and provide individual counseling sessions

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
• License in Social Work preferred; eligible for licensure required
• Three to seven years of experience in EAP and/or case management
• One to three years of experience with workplace consulting and/or training preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
