Licensed EAP Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Dedicated Management Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate critical incident response requests and provide management consultation
• Complete management referral intakes and ensure appropriate placement of referred employees
• Assess for risk and manage member and organizational crises while maintaining documentation

Required Qualifications

• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with a minimum of 3 years of independent licensure experience
• Supervisory experience or experience working with management and HR professionals preferred
• Crisis management and substance use disorder experience
• EAP experience and familiarity with employee assistance/human services programs
• Experience delivering and coordinating critical incident response required
